Return Policy

Revitalise Sleep Clinic – Return & Refund Policy

At Revitalise Sleep Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality sleep therapy equipment and patient care. Our policies comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees certain rights for consumers.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product you purchased:

Is faulty or defective,

Is not fit for its intended purpose, or

Does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

These rights cannot be excluded by our clinic or any retailer.

You are not entitled to a refund or exchange if you:

Change your mind,

Found the product cheaper elsewhere (including directly from the manufacturer or online retailers),

Decide you no longer want the product, or

Realise you cannot afford the product.

2. Order Processing & Preparation

Each CPAP machine and accessory supplied by Revitalise Sleep Clinic is individually prepared before dispatch. This includes:

Device configuration and clinical setup,

Functional testing and calibration,

Allocation of warranty documentation and accessories,

Final quality check and secure packaging.

Because of this preparation process, cancellations cannot be accepted once your order has been confirmed and processing has commenced.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty under ACL:

CPAP masks, headgear, and cushions,

CPAP tubing, humidifier chambers, and filters,

Any item that has been used or unsealed after delivery.

4. Warranty Claims

All CPAP devices and accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience a fault within the warranty period:

Please contact our clinic to arrange assessment.

Where required, we will liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Repairs, replacements, or refunds will be processed in line with manufacturer guidelines and ACL requirements.

5. Returns Procedure

If you believe your item is faulty or eligible for return under ACL:

Contact Revitalise Sleep Clinic within a reasonable time after purchase.

Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Return the product in its original condition where possible.

Our team will assess the product and advise whether a refund, repair, or replacement applies.
